Right of Withdrawal

Eligible consumers may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, without giving a reason, subject to the conditions and exceptions provided by law.

Withdrawal period

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.

How to exercise the right

Model statement

I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the sale of the following goods: [goods]. Ordered on/received on: [date]. Consumer name and address: [details]. Date: [date].

Returning the goods

After notifying us, return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date you communicated your withdrawal. Contact us first for the correct return address and instructions.

Effects of withdrawal

We will reimburse payments due under applicable law, subject to permitted deductions and the right to withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence of dispatch. Direct return costs may be borne by you unless otherwise stated or required by law.
